1. General Disclaimer
The accreditation services, assessments, and certifications provided by UK Education Bridge ("the Accreditor") are conducted in good faith based on the information available at the time of evaluation. The Accreditor:
- ✓ Makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of its accreditation decisions
- ✓ Does not guarantee that accredited institutions will maintain quality standards indefinitely
- ✓ Shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from accreditation decisions
2. Nature of Accreditation
Accreditation by this body:
- ✓ Represents an independent opinion of quality at the time of assessment
- ✓ Is not equivalent to government recognition or approval
- ✓ Does not constitute legal authorization to operate in any jurisdiction
- ✓ Should not be interpreted as an endorsement of specific educational outcomes
3. Institution Responsibilities
Accredited institutions understand and agree that:
- ✓ They remain solely responsible for the quality of their programs and services
- ✓ Accreditation does not transfer liability to the Accreditor
- ✓ They must not represent accreditation as a guarantee of student success or employability
4. Limitation of Liability
The Accreditor shall not be liable for:
- ✓ Any operational, financial, or reputational consequences of accreditation decisions
- ✓ Third-party interpretations or uses of accreditation status
- ✓ Changes in institutional quality after the accreditation visit
- ✓ Decisions made by other recognition bodies or government agencies
5. Changes to Standards
The Accreditor reserves the right to:
- ✓ Modify accreditation standards and procedures without prior notice
- ✓ Withdraw accreditation if institutions fail to meet revised standards
- ✓ Publish changes to methodology that may affect current accreditations
6. Intellectual Property
All accreditation:
- ✓ Reports, documents, and assessment materials remain the Accreditor's property
- ✓ Logos and marks must be used in accordance with branding guidelines
- ✓ Certificates are valid only for the specific programs/dates indicated
7. Governing Law
This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
8. Acceptance
By engaging with our accreditation services, institutions acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer in its entirety.
